Point-of-Sale Product Manager, Payments, Vice President

What you'll do

• Develop product strategies and visions for point-of-sale and Card Present solutions tailored to SMB customers.
• Drive the end-to-end development and launch of innovative hardware and software products.
• Conduct market research and discovery efforts to translate customer needs into a strategic roadmap.
• Manage and maintain a product backlog to guide technical partners in meeting business objectives.
• Establish frameworks and track key success metrics including cost, risk posture, and reliability.
• Communicate the product vision and progress effectively to executive stakeholders throughout the development process.
• Synthesize complex technical requirements from hardware, software, and payment technologies into merchant-focused solutions.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain.
• Hands-on experience in the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics for SMB merchant solutions.
• Proven ability to lead product lifecycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Proven track record of driving product adoption and growth for merchant-related solutions.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for hardware and software solutions serving B2B and B2C customers.
• Experience working with AI tools such as natural language processing platforms, data analytics solutions, and automation software (preferred).
• Ability to apply AI technologies to streamline workflows and improve productivity in a business environment (preferred).
• Prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization (preferred).
