Point-of-Sale Product Manager, Payments, Vice President

What you'll do

• Develop a product strategy and vision for point-of-sale and Card Present solutions for SMB customers.
• Drive the development and launch of innovative hardware and software solutions tailored to North American SMB needs.
• Manage discovery efforts and market research to translate customer needs into a strategic product roadmap.
• Own and maintain the product backlog to enable technical partners to support the strategic roadmap.
• Build frameworks and track key success metrics including cost, functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
• Communicate a compelling product vision and engage with executive stakeholders throughout the development process.
• Own the complete product lifecycle for POS hardware from initial concept through production and ongoing optimization.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain.
• Hands-on experience in the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics for SMB merchant solutions.
• Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
• Proven track record of driving product adoption and growth for merchant-related solutions.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices for hardware and software solutions for B2B and B2C customers.
• Demonstrated experience working with AI tools such as natural language processing, data analytics, and automation software (preferred).
• Ability to apply AI technologies to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making (preferred).
• Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization (preferred).
