  • Develop, review, and debug secure, high-quality production code.

  • Map and analyze end-to-end customer journeys by synthesizing data from disparate sources.
  • Identify opportunities to automate the remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability.
  • Evaluate external vendors and internal technologies for compatibility with existing systems.
  • Translate complex technical initiatives into clear narratives to influence stakeholder decisions.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience in an analytics, data analysis, or business intelligence role.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience using SQL, Python, or R to transform data from back-end sources like Databricks or Trino.
  • Advanced knowledge in one or more object-oriented programming languages.
  • Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
  • Proficiency in automation, continuous delivery methods, and all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Ability to work with large datasets to perform data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
  • Ability to translate complex technical initiatives into clear narratives to influence stakeholder decisions.
  • Experience with reporting applications (Tableau, Starburst, Business Objects, Sigma) and knowledge of the financial card or payments sector.
