What you'll do

Prepare and deliver Mission Command training based on specific event and exercise plans.
Plan, coordinate, and execute collective Mission Command training for military units.
Develop training materials including curriculum, lectures, and computer-based aids based on client specifications.
Identify training gaps in resources or equipment and work with management to resolve them before execution.
Integrate Live, Virtual, Constructive, and Command and Control capabilities within training environments.
Provide over-the-shoulder training and simulation support across multiple assigned functional areas.
Maintain a comprehensive repository of relevant Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs).
Manage training support packages and coordinate facilities, services, and systems for planned events.

What we're looking for

Must be a United States citizen.
Must possess a current Secret security clearance.
Must have 5 or more years of relevant military experience.
Must have a BA/BS degree or an equivalent combination of education, technical certifications, training, or military experience.
Must possess basic knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in alarm monitor procedures.
Must possess basic knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in monitoring security systems.
Must have demonstrated effective communication skills.
