What you'll do

  • Maintain technical proficiency regarding US Army Mission Command Information (MCIS) systems.
  • Develop training methods, materials, curriculum, and computer-based aids based on client specifications.
  • Prepare and deliver mission command training based on unit objectives and exercise plans.
  • Create Training Support Packages (TSP) that integrate simulation systems with MCIS hardware.
  • Design training scenarios for simulation systems to meet specific unit goals.
  • Configure software applications, conduct Operational Readiness Testing (ORT), and troubleshoot system issues.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of events including planning, preparation, execution, recovery, and after-action reviews.
  • Maintain real-time operational status of hardware and software during training exercises.

What we're looking for

  • Must be a United States citizen.
  • Must possess an active Secret security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree required, or relevant experience if no degree is held.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience within US Army staff supporting military operations.
  • Experience in training programs, including developing training packages and materials.
  • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment regarding matters of significance.
  • Must be able to lift or carry 50 pounds and climb ladders up to 12 feet for cabling tasks.
  • US Citizenship.
