The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in a security-related or technical support role, proficiency with Agile methodologies, and is willing to work from 10:30am to 7:30pm CST Monday through Friday.

What you'll do

  • Provide customer support and training on platform behavior and features.
  • Monitor systems daily, review audit logs, and resolve issues independently.
  • Support exchange platforms through various operational tasks and system checks.
  • Collaborate with teams to define new features, test changes, and resolve systemic issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for complex technical or trading issues and provide solutions.

What we're looking for

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a security-related or technical support position.
  • Proficiency in UNIX Shell and SQL for system analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Agile Development Methodology required.
  • FINRA Security Industry Essentials Examination (SIE) and Series 57 licenses required.
  • Ability to provide customer support and training on platform behavior, order processing, and market structure.
  • Experience liaising between customers, regulators, internal teams, and vendors to resolve issues.
