What you'll do

Provide customer support and training on platform behavior and features.

Onboard new clients by establishing access and provisioning services on platforms.

What we're looking for

At least 3-5 years of experience in a security-related or technical support position
FINRA Security Industry Essentials Examination (SIE) and Series 57 licenses required
Proficient with UNIX Shell and SQL for system monitoring and data analysis
Experience with Agile Development Methodology preferred
Ability to provide customer support and training on platform behavior and features
