What you'll do

Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and documentation for technology and operations teams.
Define technology product solutions and drive the design of prioritized technical changes.

Partner with technology and operations teams to ensure on-time and on-budget solution execution.

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of capital markets or financial industry experience in product development, technology, data engineering, or operations.
Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience with verbal and written presentations.
Knowledge or interest in technology development, capturing business requirements, business analysis, and managing rollout.
Information technology literacy and understanding of relevant technologies and development lifecycles.
Exposure to and comfort with large datasets.
Experience driving cross-functional delivery with technology and operations partners (preferred).
Familiarity with testing coordination and acceptance criteria aligned to business outcomes (preferred).
