What you'll do

Design and implement advanced object tracking and state estimation algorithms for space missions.
Develop multi-target tracking systems using JPDA, MHT, and other data association techniques.
Build physics-based models to validate performance through simulation and testing.

Prepare technical documentation and briefings for design reviews and customer engagements.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and testing multi-target tracking algorithms for aerospace or defense systems.
Strong expertise in state estimation techniques including Kalman Filters (EKF, UKF) and Interacting Multiple Model (IMM) filters.
Proficiency in developing tracking algorithms using MATLAB and Python, with experience transitioning to C++ for production deployment.
Experience with modeling, simulation, and testing workflows, including Monte Carlo analysis and hardware-in-the-loop environments.
Ability to collaborate effectively with software engineers, systems engineers, and test teams on integrating tracking algorithms into operational systems.
