What we're looking for

  • Secret security clearance required
  • 8+ years of experience in multi-target tracking algorithm development for aerospace or defense
  • Expertise in state estimation techniques including Kalman Filters and Interacting Multiple Model filters
  • Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, and C++ with experience transitioning algorithms to production code
  • Extensive modeling, simulation, and testing experience using Monte Carlo analysis and hardware-in-the-loop environments
  • Strong technical leadership skills and ability to mentor engineers in tracking algorithm development
