C++ Engineer, High-Performance Systems

What you'll do

• Design and implement advanced tracking algorithms for multi-target detection, track fusion, and discrimination.
• Develop high-performance, real-time software systems to process radar sensor data and maintain hundreds of simultaneous tracks.
• Build and utilize modeling and simulation environments to validate performance and identify system improvements.
• Optimize tracking software for performance-critical environments where processing speed is critical.
• Integrate tracking solutions into end-to-end defense systems in collaboration with engineers and architects.
• Communicate technical concepts and trade-offs to cross-functional teams, leadership, and customers.
• Participate in customer demonstrations and field tests to ensure operational effectiveness of deployed systems.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the field.
• Strong programming skills in C++ and Python.
• Solid foundation in linear algebra, probability, statistics, and/or differential equations.
• Understanding of software engineering fundamentals including design patterns, testing, version control, and debugging.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance.
