What you'll do

  • Drive technical decisions and lead design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR) as a subject matter expert in tracking algorithms.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in designing and implementing multi-target tracking algorithms for aerospace or defense systems.
  • Deep expertise in state estimation techniques including Kalman Filters, IMM filters, and data association methods like JPDA and MHT.
  • Proficiency in MATLAB and Python with demonstrated ability to transition algorithms to production C++ code.
  • Extensive experience in modeling, simulation, and testing workflows, including Monte Carlo analysis and hardware-in-the-loop environments.
  • Strong technical leadership skills, including mentoring engineers and leading design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR).
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or Applied Mathematics.
