What you'll do

  • Provide technical support via phone and email to local and off-site users for GVS and S-VTC issues.
  • Analyze and respond to incidents by determining the required level of support and investigating root causes.
  • Resolve complex technical tickets within established SLAs or escalate them to higher-level service queues.
  • Coordinate with internal staff and external vendors to ensure timely resolution of reported problems.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other technical documentation.
  • Create and maintain weekly and monthly operational metrics reports for the helpdesk.
  • Provide reach back support to Microsoft Office 365 product groups and developers.

What we're looking for

  • Must possess a Bachelor's Degree.
  • Must have at least 3 years of related experience.
  • Must possess an active Secret security clearance.
  • Must be a United States citizen.
  • Must hold a CompTIA Security+ or similar IAT Level II certification.
  • Must have experience with M365 Teams and troubleshooting systems in DoW Cloud Environments (IL4/IL5/IL6).
  • Must have expertise in developing, maintaining, and contributing to technical and process documentation.
  • US Citizenship.
