What you'll do

Troubleshoot Tier 1 technical problems in real-time to ensure system health and functionality.
Provide operational support for mission-critical systems, software, and applications during 3rd shift operations.
Maintain and manage FMV exploitation capabilities, specifically the Multi-INT Analysis and Archiving System (MAAS).
Resolve system interdependencies and configuration issues to meet specific customer needs.
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for technical processes.
Develop and troubleshoot batch files and scripts to perform automated tasks.
Monitor and manage infrastructure including Windows Server, SQL Server, and VMware environments.
Support end users and engineering teams in a 24/7 operational environment.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen.
Must possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Requires 3 years of related experience.
Bachelor's or Technology degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent three years of job-related experience.
Proficiency in Windows 10, Server 2016/2019, SQL Server, vSphere 6+, and various scripting languages like PowerShell and PHP.
Ability to perform 3rd shift work from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Experience with MAAS, video processing and distribution, and SOP creation is highly desirable (preferred).
Strong communication skills and ability to troubleshoot Tier 1 technical problems in a team environment.
