The Systems Administrator (3rd shift) joins the IT Infrastructure and Operations team to provide essential operational support for the Intelligence Community. Required technical skills include MS Windows 10, Server 2016/2019, SQL Server, Vshpere 6+, HP DL360+, and HP MSA. The role also utilizes Visual Studio, Eclipse, Powershell 6+, SQL Script, PHP, JBoss EAP 7.1, Active Directory, IIS 7+, Symantec Anti-Virus, Veritas Back-up Exec, and Jira. What you'll do

  • Troubleshoot Tier 1 technical problems in real-time to maintain system health.
  • Perform technical activities to maintain and run mission-critical systems, software, and applications.
  • Support FMV exploitation capabilities, specifically the Multi-INT Analysis and Archiving System (MAAS).
  • Identify and resolve system interdependencies and configuration issues to meet customer needs.
  • Create and troubleshoot batch files to perform automated tasks and system configurations.
  • Provide 24/7 operational support for video processing and distribution systems.
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for system operations.

What we're looking for

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must currently possess an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Polygraph.
  • Must have 3+ years of related experience.
  • Must have a Bachelor's or Technology degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Must be able to work 3rd shift from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
  • Must possess skills in Windows 10, Server 2016/2019, SQL Server, Vshpere 6+, and Active Directory.
  • Must have proficiency in PowerShell, SQL Script, PHP, and basic Windows batch file scripting.
  • Experience with MAAS, video processing, and SOP creation is highly desirable (preferred).
