Tier 2 Operations Support Specialist

What you'll do

• Perform second-level troubleshooting for system, application, and network issues.
• Build resilient infrastructure by incorporating redundancy and implementing monitoring tools.
• Automate routine tasks and self-repair processes using scripting to reduce operational toil.
• Analyze logs and correlate events to validate system-level issues.
• Manage incidents using enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or EMS.
• Coordinate with Tier 3 teams to resolve complex technical problems.
• Monitor infrastructure health through dashboards and system metrics.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or SRE.
• Experience performing second-level troubleshooting for system, application, or network issues.
• Experience using enterprise monitoring and incident management platforms like ServiceNow, JIRA, or EMS.
• Experience with Linux or Windows system administration.
• Ability to analyze logs, correlate events, and validate system-level issues.
• Ability to work rotating round-the-clock shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required.
• Associate’s degree in IT, Cyber, or Engineering.
