What you'll do

Lead projects to meet specific cost, schedule, and performance objectives within a dynamic environment.
Develop practical execution plans and solve complex problems through systematic evaluation of information.
Report program integration status and execution tasks to the Director level.
Manage risk, issues, and opportunities while driving actions to closure to meet program goals.
Synthesize and analyze data to develop program metrics and build reporting products.
Coordinate and manage program meetings and maintain detailed project logs.
Review change board packages to assess potential impacts on the program.
Support the development of a strong operational foundation with internal and external customers.

What we're looking for

Must possess a Secret security clearance.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Bachelor’s degree and 9 years of related experience, OR a Master’s degree and 7 years of related experience.
Related experience must include project management, program management, engineering, capture efforts, and/or business management.
Must have experience with Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Must have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and manipulating detail-oriented data.
Must have experience performing program resource management, including coordination of staffing baselines and forecasts.
Must have experience performing project and control account management.
Experience in a Production Test or Flight Test environment (preferred).
Experience on either an Engineering & Manufacturing Development (EMD) or Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) program (preferred).
Holds a Special Access Program clearance or has held one in the last 6 months (preferred).
Administration of Jira and Confluence sites (preferred).
