What you'll do

Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects within the Triton program.
Provide program management support for all phases from inception through completion, including cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans while identifying and resolving program problems.
Lead enterprise resource planning and resource review boards to ensure proper allocation of assets.
Provide leadership to program integration staff through coaching, mentoring, and other staff development approaches.
Act as the primary customer contact to cultivate relationships and develop new opportunities.
Manage and provide input for monthly Sector Intranet Program Reporting System (IPRS) data.
Provide leadership and ownership of the Enterprise Risk and Opportunity management plan.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree with 9 years of related professional and/or military experience in project or program management.
Master’s degree with 7 years of related professional and/or military experience in project or program management.
Active US Government Secret clearance granted or renewed in the last 5 years.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Experience managing cross-functional teams, priorities, schedules, resources, and deliverables to meet business or program goals.
Experience in people leadership, including coaching, mentoring, developing, and growing teams.
Experience with earned value management.
Master’s in business administration or Finance (preferred).
