RF Test Engineer

What you'll do

• Serve as the technical authority for production RF performance, test strategy, and yield optimization.
• Resolve complex production issues including intermittent failures, environmental sensitivities, and calibration drift.
• Lead deep-dive root cause investigations across full RF signal chains and embedded interfaces.
• Drive the transition of RF hardware from development into production with production-representative test coverage.
• Develop and deploy advanced RF production test solutions and automated test systems.
• Optimize production test flows to balance test coverage, throughput, and false failure reduction.
• Apply statistical analysis to production data to identify trends in yield loss and performance variation.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership on the manufacturing floor to support test stations and troubleshooting.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on RF/microwave production experience.
• Demonstrated expertise troubleshooting complex RF systems in production environments.
• Deep understanding of RF system performance including gain, loss, noise figure, linearity, and phase noise.
• Extensive hands-on experience with spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators, and power meters.
• Experience developing automated RF test systems using Python, LabVIEW, TestStand, or similar frameworks.
• Strong background in statistical process control, yield analysis, and failure investigation.
• US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
