What you'll do

Set up functional test hardware and software for NV products in the lab environment.

Conduct advanced failure analysis using CSAM and X-ray imaging techniques.
Analyze failure data, correlate results, and generate detailed root cause reports.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience with at least 5 years in semiconductor failure analysis.
Proficient in electronic testing, reliability validation, and root cause analysis methodologies.
Hands-on experience with PFA, CSAM, X-ray inspection, and other advanced failure analysis techniques.
Basic programming/scripting skills for developing automated test programs.
Familiarity with multiple operating systems (Windows, Linux, CentOS) and lab instruments.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to work independently.
