What you'll do

Maintain and troubleshoot audio-visual systems in conference rooms and shared office spaces.
Resolve hardware issues with printers, monitors, keyboards, and other office desk peripherals.
Track and manage on-premise IT and AV inventory, including Google Meet hardware and Apple laptops.
Provide live technical support for small and large-scale meetings and presentations.
Troubleshoot basic network infrastructure and office hardware issues.
Assist with non-office and remote technical support requests as needed.
