What you'll do

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production service interruptions for all systems.
  • Maintain operational stability and availability of the firm’s systems daily.

  • Analyze trends and manage incidents, problems, and changes in full stack tech systems.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years of IT troubleshooting, resolution, and maintenance experience.
  • Proficiency in IBM zSeries Mainframe environment with z/OS, JCL, TSO/ISPF.
  • Expertise in DB2/Adabas, VSAM utilities, CONTROLM/CA7/Autosys scheduling.
  • Knowledge of large-scale technology environments including public cloud platforms.
  • Experience with observability and monitoring tools, ITIL framework processes.
  • Basic application development knowledge and lifecycle understanding.
