TL;DR · Technology Support III

As a Technology Support III on the Corporate Technology team, you will ensure the operational stability of our production application flows by providing end-to-end SLAs and uptime for applications and infrastructure. You’ll leverage enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within Grafana, AWS CloudWatch, Splunk, Dynatrace, APICA, and other tools to speed up incident triage and trend analysis while maintaining automated Control-M workflows and real-time data streaming via Kafka. Your responsibilities include managing CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, practicing rigorous source control using GitHub and Bitbucket, and developing standard operating procedures. You will also drive technical debt reduction by evergreening living operational documentation in Jira and engaging peer teams to resolve issues efficiently. This role requires proficiency in Python, Shell, Java, and SQL, as well as experience in SRE and DevOps within a large-scale enterprise environment using AWS solutions like EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM, ECS Fargate, Athena, EMR, CloudWatch, and Terraform.

  • Proactively monitors and resolves incidents using monitoring tools.
  • Maintains and enhances automated workflows with Control-M and Kafka.
  • Manages CI/CD pipelines, practices rigorous source control.
  • Develops and enforces standard operating procedures; participates in on-call rotation.

What we're looking for

  • Demonstrated experience in SRE and DevOps within an enterprise-scale environment.
  • Expertise in managing AWS solutions including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM, ECS Fargate, Athena, EMR, CloudWatch, and Terraform.
  • Proven ability to use AI capabilities for incident triage and trend analysis with validation skills.
  • Deep knowledge of observability tools like Grafana, Splunk, Dynatrace, APICA, and proactive monitoring practices.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, Shell, Java, or SQL; experience with GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Control-M, Kafka, Jira.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to continuous improvement and technical debt reduction.
