Technology Operational Risk Management Lead, Cybersecurity, Vice President

What you'll do

• Analyze and identify technology and cyber operational risks within CIB Technology.
• Perform independent assessments of cybersecurity risks through established monitoring programs.
• Manage identified risks using the firm’s Operational Risk Management Framework.
• Conduct testing and monitoring to identify gaps in operational risk controls.
• Develop and challenge KPIs and KRIs related to technical risk monitoring.
• Advise internal teams on thematic monitoring and testing deficiencies.
• Develop data-driven and automated testing approaches for risk identification.
• Manage a book of work assessments and provide weekly status updates to leadership.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of experience with infrastructure/application architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in a senior technology role such as engineering, operations, or strategic planning.
• 5+ years of Cybersecurity risk working experience.
• Ability to understand complex technical systems and synthesize corresponding risks and controls.
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to influence decisions at senior levels.
• Ability to transition seamlessly between business and technical discussions.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with a demonstrated ability to manage expectations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present concise findings to a senior audience.
