What you'll do

• Oversee operational risk for engineering organizations developing AI, machine learning, and data serving platforms.
• Lead thematic analyses of internal and external events related to AI and machine learning risks.
• Challenge first-line technology and cyber risk mitigation strategies for AI and machine learning use cases.
• Assess operational and cyber risks specifically for AI and machine learning technology purposes.
• Partner with functional stakeholders to strengthen controls and reduce the likelihood of security events or disruptions.
• Drive the resilient and responsible adoption of AI and machine learning systems across the firm.
• Align AI and machine learning risk oversight activities with operational risk officers across corporate functions.

What we're looking for

• 10 years of experience in a technology role.
• Strong background in AI and machine learning and the technology used to build AI and machine learning solutions.
• Strong understanding of technology and cyber assessment practices for technology systems.
• Strong understanding of the technology and cyber threat landscape for AI and machine learning and associated mitigations.
• Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals.
