The Technology Mgr, Quality Systems, Analyst leads the technology capability supporting enterprise quality systems within the Supply Chain Technology function. This role manages a team of individual contributors and supervisors while overseeing the product roadmap for a portfolio including complaint handling, CAPA, nonconformance, document management, training, and audit platforms. The manager is responsible for developing tactical plans, managing backlogs, and ensuring all platform changes meet GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity requirements. Key responsibilities include integrating quality systems with ERP, PLM, and manufacturing execution systems while driving automation and AI-enabled improvements. Required expertise includes experience with Veeva Vault QMS, TrackWise, or ETQ, along with proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and SQL. The role operates within a regulated MedTech environment to solve complex compliance and quality data visibility challenges.
Manage a team of individual contributors and supervisors while overseeing performance management and career development.
Develop and execute the product roadmap for enterprise quality systems including CAPA, nonconformance, and document management.
Prioritize and maintain the backlog for quality platforms by balancing requirements from Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Technology stakeholders.
Ensure all platform changes comply with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity requirements.
Oversee analytics and reporting to provide leadership visibility into record aging, cycle time, and compliance posture.
Direct the integration of quality systems with ERP, PLM, and manufacturing execution systems.
Identify and implement automation and AI-enabled improvements across various quality processes.
Serve as the primary technology point of contact for internal and regulatory audits and inspections.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration (preferred).
8 years of experience delivering and supporting enterprise quality systems or regulated business applications in manufacturing or MedTech.
Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams and managing performance.
Hands-on experience with enterprise quality management systems such as Veeva Vault QMS, TrackWise, ETQ, or Sparta.
Strong knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, computer system validation, and data integrity (ALCOA+) requirements.
Experience integrating quality systems with ERP (SAP), PLM, and manufacturing systems.
