What you'll do

Lead business analysis activities across large-scale Retail Banking transformation programs and enterprise initiatives.
Translate business objectives into scalable technology solutions by partnering with product, architecture, and engineering teams.
Drive business process reengineering to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Manage requirements decomposition into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria within Agile delivery models.
Oversee complex system integrations involving API-led architectures, microservices, and core banking platforms.
Provide data-driven recommendations for project estimation, budgeting, and resource planning to senior leadership.
Mentor and develop a team of Business Analysts while establishing standard governance frameworks.
Integrate AI-powered tools into the business analysis lifecycle to improve documentation, mapping, and reporting efficiency.

What we're looking for

10+ years of Business Analysis experience leading enterprise-scale banking initiatives.
Strong domain expertise in Retail Banking, customer servicing, and banking operations.
Experience delivering large transformation initiatives using Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid methodologies.
Expertise in API-based integrations, backend processing platforms, batch ecosystems, and enterprise architecture concepts.
Proven experience managing requirements across multiple concurrent releases and cross-functional teams.
Expertise in estimation, budgeting support, business case development, and resource planning.
Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring Business Analysts.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline (preferred); CBAP, PMI-PBA, SAFe, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent certification (preferred).
