What you'll do

  • Manage a team of business analysts and supervisors while overseeing performance management and career development.
  • Develop tactical and operational plans to achieve quality systems business analysis goals across the supply chain.
  • Lead requirements elicitation, process analysis, and functional design for systems like CAPA, complaint handling, and document management.
  • Translate complex business requirements into user stories, functional specifications, and traceability matrices for validated environments.
  • Manage the product backlog by balancing requirements from Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Technology stakeholders.
  • Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) strategy, including test script authorship, defect triage, and go/no-go recommendations.
  • Ensure all system designs comply with GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity standards.
  • Manage the integration of quality systems with ERP, PLM, and manufacturing execution platforms.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Life Sciences, Quality, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration (preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or solution delivery for regulated manufacturing or MedTech applications.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams and managing performance.
  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements for enterprise quality management systems like Veeva Vault QMS, TrackWise, ETQ, or Sparta.
  • Knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, computer system validation, and data integrity (ALCOA+) requirements.
  • Proficiency in producing functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements traceability matrices.
  • CBAP, PMI-PBA, ASQ CQA, ITIL v4 Foundation, or relevant quality systems platform certification (preferred).
