Senior Analyst, Technology Product Management joins the Therapeutics Discovery Information Technology organization to support a broad portfolio of scientific, digital, data, automation, and technology initiatives. This role involves partnering with scientists and technology stakeholders to analyze processes, gather requirements, and translate business needs into actionable user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria. The individual will facilitate workshops, identify process improvements, and manage documentation for various workstreams while building a high-performing Business Analysis capability. Key skills include requirement analysis, workflow design, technical writing, and stakeholder management within an Agile or product-oriented framework. The role operates at the intersection of scientific research and technology delivery, specifically addressing challenges in laboratory automation, artificial intelligence, and data systems to advance research and discovery. Candidates should possess expertise in software development life cycle processes and experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology environments.
Gather, document, and analyze business, process, and system requirements from scientific and technology stakeholders.
Translate complex stakeholder needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable project documentation.
Develop detailed process maps and business workflows to support operational initiatives.
Evaluate solution options and identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
Facilitate workshops and interviews to build shared understanding between scientists and technical teams.
Design future-state processes and operating models to address identified gaps and risks.
Support organizational change management and adoption activities for new technologies and processes.
Create and maintain business analysis standards, templates, and reusable assets for the organization.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, Business Process Analysis, Consulting, technology delivery, scientific operations, or related disciplines.
Demonstrated ability to gather information, analyze problems, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, research, or scientific organizations (preferred).
Experience working with laboratory, scientific, automation, data, artificial intelligence, or digital technology environments (preferred).
Familiarity with Agile, product-oriented, or hybrid delivery approaches (preferred).
