Technology Lead PM/BA, Client Integration

What you'll do

• Lead the delivery of client integration programs for Cash and Synthetic Prime Brokerage via SFTP and SWIFT.
• Serve as the primary technology point of contact for external clients regarding connectivity requirements and scoping.
• Design tailored integration solutions to meet both standard and complex client connectivity needs.
• Manage the full integration lifecycle from requirements gathering and testing to client sign-off and post-launch support.
• Coordinate rollout readiness across business, technology, and client teams prior to each deployment.
• Investigate data and connectivity issues using SQL and Unix tools to validate integration accuracy.
• Guide and support junior Client Integration Analysts in developing their technical and client-facing skills.

What we're looking for

• 6+ years of experience leading client-facing integration or delivery programs in financial services or investment banking.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent delivery workstreams within a global operating model.
• Understanding of connectivity protocols such as SFTP, SWIFT, and FIX for trade file transmission and client reporting.
• Working knowledge of the trade lifecycle, including allocation, clearing, and settlement.
• Strong SQL skills for writing complex queries and mapping data to validate integrations.
• Working knowledge of Unix or Linux for troubleshooting, log analysis, and running scripts.
• Experience applying structured project management or business analysis practices using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or SharePoint.
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.
