Technical Lead / EPM

What you'll do

• Direct cross-functional engineering teams in the design and optimization of Antenna Tuner products.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key Tier-1 mobile customers.
• Manage project timelines, coordinate internal resources, and conduct risk assessments.
• Lead module debugging, impedance tuning, and aperture tuning efforts.
• Ensure design specifications align with stringent customer requirements and delivery schedules.
• Guide the engineering team through complex RF challenges and technical optimizations.
• Drive hardware development from initial concept through to mass production.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Master’s or Ph.D. (preferred).
• 12+ years of work experience in the wireless RF industry.
• Proven track record in project management or technical leadership.
• Deep domain expertise in Antenna Tuners, including aperture tuning, impedance tuning, RF switches, and tunable capacitors.
• Experience interfacing directly with Tier-1 mobile/smartphone customers (preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to lead independently, meet tight deadlines, and drive success in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
