What you'll do

Define and implement key metrics and measurement frameworks to evaluate the success of UX optimizations.

Guide technical teams and initiatives to ensure the successful integration of UX improvements across the program.

What we're looking for

Must possess a Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Must be a US citizen.
Must have a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.
Must have 8+ years of related experience.
Must have IAT Level II certification.
Must have proven expertise in data analysis tools and proficiency in scripting, particularly with PowerShell.
Must have a deep understanding of enterprise systems and service integrations.
Security clearance level: TS/SCI w/Poly.
