What you'll do

Provide current and emergent intelligence reporting to customers while maintaining and disseminating products.
Execute and track intelligence sharing across multiple stakeholders.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and a robust knowledge management roadmap.
Create, capture, organize, and assess knowledge assets for enterprise use.
Configure baselines for systems, services, diagrams, and related technical artifacts.
Track and manage configuration changes resulting from engineering, operations, or tech refresh activities.
Manage the knowledge management repository to ensure all configuration items are indexed and accessible.
Support engineering and operations by controlling test reports, sustainment plans, and deployment cut sheets.

What we're looking for

Must be a US Citizen.
Must currently possess an active Top Secret SCI with Polygraph clearance.
Must have 10+ years of related experience.
Must have experience as a technical lead.
Must have experience in IT disciplines (or IT experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree).
Must have a bachelor's degree in an IT or engineering related field.
Must possess skills in Knowledge Management, Continuous Process Improvement, and Technical Processes.
Must be able to manage configuration baselines, repositories, and standard operating procedures.
