What you'll do

Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing engineering, production, and supply chain roles.
Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and Boolean search strings.
Translate hiring gaps into specific impacts on production throughput and revenue to drive urgency with managers.
Build trust with operations leaders by understanding technical roadmaps and factory floor realities like takt times and yield.
Negotiate complex offers with high-level candidates who are skilled negotiators in the procurement and manufacturing space.
Analyze pipeline data to identify bottlenecks and create a data-driven narrative for hiring improvements.
Develop and automate scalable recruiting processes, including referral programs and information retrieval tools.
Conduct candidate interviews while maintaining a consistent and proactive experience for all applicants.

What we're looking for

Must have 4+ years of experience sourcing for technical roles and engaging top-tier talent.
Must have 3+ years of client-facing experience working with Hiring Managers and Directors.
Must possess a deep network and fluency in manufacturing engineering, production, and supply chain.
Must have experience working with government contractors, DoD agencies, and IC agencies.
Must have experience hiring candidates who hold U.S. security clearances.
Must possess strong closing and negotiation skills for high-level technical and procurement roles.
Must have working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
Preferred experience in a fast-paced startup or agency environment supporting manufacturing and supply chain.
