What you'll do

Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing engineering, production, and supply chain roles.
Source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and Boolean search strings.
Translate hiring gaps into impacts on production throughput and revenue to drive urgency with managers.
Build trust with operations leaders by speaking fluently about manufacturing metrics like takt times and cycle times.
Negotiate and close offers with high-level technical talent and experienced procurement professionals.
Analyze pipeline data to identify opportunities and create a data-driven narrative for hiring progress.
Develop scalable recruiting strategies through process improvements, automation, and referral programs.

What we're looking for

Must have 4+ years of experience sourcing for technical roles and engaging top-tier talent.
Must have 3+ years of client-facing experience working with Hiring Managers and Directors.
Must possess a deep network and fluency in manufacturing engineering, production, and supply chain.
Must have experience working with government contractors, DoD agencies, and IC agencies.
Must have experience hiring candidates who hold U.S. security clearances.
Must possess strong closing and negotiation skills to handle candidates who are seasoned negotiators.
Must have working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and various sourcing methods.
Preferred experience in a fast-paced startup or agency supporting manufacturing and supply chain environments.
