What you'll do

Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing engineering, production, and supply chain roles.
Source and engage passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and Boolean search strings.
Translate hiring gaps into specific impacts on production throughput and revenue to drive urgency.
Build trust with operations leaders by speaking fluently about manufacturing metrics like takt times and yield.
Negotiate complex offers with high-level candidates who are skilled negotiators in the procurement space.
Analyze pipeline data to identify bottlenecks and create a data-driven narrative for stakeholders.
Develop and automate recruiting processes, including referral programs and information retrieval tools.
Conduct candidate interviews while maintaining a consistent and proactive candidate experience.

What we're looking for

Must have 4+ years of experience sourcing for technical roles and engaging top-tier talent.
Must have 3+ years of client-facing experience working with Hiring Managers and Directors.
Must possess a deep network and fluency in manufacturing engineering, production, and supply chain.
Must have experience working with government contractors, DoD agencies, and IC agencies.
Must have experience hiring candidates who hold U.S. security clearances.
Must possess strong closing and negotiation skills for high-level roles like buyers and purchasers.
Must have working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
Preferred experience in a fast-paced startup or agency supporting manufacturing environments.
