What you'll do

  • Manage end-to-end planning and execution of software projects for semiconductor products and development initiatives.
  • Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource requirements with engineering leads and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across software, hardware, validation, quality, product management, and operations.
  • Track project progress while identifying risks, managing dependencies, and escalating issues in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and status reviews.
  • Maintain project dashboards, action logs, and status reports to communicate key decisions to stakeholders.
  • Support software development lifecycle activities including requirements tracking, validation coordination, and release readiness.
  • Resolve complex project issues by identifying trade-offs and removing blockers to maintain execution momentum.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience supporting or managing technical or software development projects in semiconductor, embedded software, or related engineering environments.
  • Working knowledge of software development lifecycle practices, project scheduling, risk tracking, and cross-functional execution.
  • Proficiency with Agile software development methodologies and participating in or facilitating Agile team ceremonies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both engineering and business stakeholders while managing multiple priorities.
