What you'll do

  • Translate high-level priorities into actionable project plans, milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
  • Coordinate activities across engineering, security, compliance, and business teams from requirements through production release.
  • Maintain project schedules, backlogs, risk registers, and decision logs while escalating issues to appropriate owners.
  • Manage operational readiness by coordinating deployments, service improvements, incident follow-ups, and remediation activities.
  • Execute security, privacy, and compliance requirements including vulnerability remediation and audit actions.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing.
  • Coordinate deliverables, schedules, and knowledge transfers for vendors, contractors, and external partners.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and reporting materials to ensure service continuity.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development (or equivalent).
  • At least 1 year of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development (preferred).
  • 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects (preferred).
  • Experience reading and/or writing code for documentation or demos (preferred).
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications, cloud services, operational platforms, or business-critical technology environments (preferred).
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or similar modern technology delivery methodologies (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft cloud technologies (Azure, Power Platform, SharePoint, Power BI) and work-management tools like Azure DevOps or Jira (preferred).
