What you'll do

Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, delivery milestones, and resource assignments.
Lead SAFe Agile activities including PI Planning, backlog coordination, and release planning.
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies using Jira and Confluence to track delivery metrics.
Coordinate internal, customer, and vendor resources to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Lead executive briefings and status meetings regarding project health, milestones, and upcoming work.
Oversee implementation readiness activities including migration planning, testing, cutover, and transition to operations.
Resolve delivery obstacles and maintain alignment across engineering, security, infrastructure, and operations teams.
Ensure all project activities meet contractual requirements, security standards, and compliance guidelines.

What we're looking for

10+ years of experience in IT project management, technical program delivery, or Agile delivery.
Experience delivering complex, cross-functional IT initiatives from initiation through implementation and transition to operations.
Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, issues, and stakeholder expectations.
Experience operating in a SAFe Agile environment including PI Planning, backlog management, and release planning.
Experience using Jira and Confluence for project planning, delivery tracking, risk management, reporting, and documentation.
Experience leading implementation readiness, migration planning, testing coordination, cutover, stabilization, and transition-to-operations activities.
Active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to take a polygraph exam.
Bachelor’s degree.
