What you'll do

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Analyze business processes to implement and improve project workflows.

Communicate with clients and stakeholders to manage expectations and gather requirements.

What we're looking for

High school diploma or GED.
TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
Experience as a Scrum Master or Systems Engineer of a development team.
Experience gathering and documenting technical and business requirements.
Experience with JIRA.
Experience leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level management.
Experience teaching Agile framework concepts to technical teams.
Master's degree, CSM certification, or Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC certifications (preferred).
