What we're looking for

Must have 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 2+ years with an Advanced degree, or 0 years with a PhD.
Alternatively, must have at least 8 years of relevant work experience.
Digital fluency and the ability to use emerging technologies like Generative AI tools are required.
Experience in developing and maintaining technology product roadmaps (preferred).
Experience writing user stories and grooming product backlogs (preferred).
Hands-on software development experience and the ability to write code to validate ideas or automate workflows (preferred).
Experience coaching teams on Agile, Scrum, or Lean principles and practices (preferred).
Experience in loyalty functions including rewards programs, offer management, and e-commerce integration (preferred).
