Senior Technical Program Manager, Battlespace

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain detailed project execution plans including feature development, testing, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Oversee the software release process to ensure all deployments meet defined quality standards and timelines.
• Manage technical requirements for algorithms involving threat prediction, tracking, and classification within the C2 system.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies with subject matter experts to protect delivery schedules.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders regarding project status and milestones.
• Allocate and manage resources including personnel, software, and hardware to prevent bottlenecks in development.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including specifications, user manuals, and regular project reports.
• Improve project management processes continuously to increase overall team efficiency and effectiveness.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Extensive project management experience, preferably in software development for advanced algorithms.
• Demonstrable understanding of optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML technology.
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and GitHub.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.
• Must be able to obtain and hold a U.S. security clearance.
