JOB TITLE: Technical Program Manager, Space Battle Management The Technical Program Manager joins the Space team to lead the day-to-day execution of program initiatives for an ongoing, funded project. What you'll do

Lead day-to-day execution of program initiatives, including budget management and schedule tracking.
Develop the technical path for success and validate projected product outcomes with the customer.
Work side-by-side with customers to translate mission challenges into technical product requirements.
Orchestrate cross-functional teams across engineering, logistics, finance, legal, and contracting departments.
Build and communicate sprint plans, execution plans, and project milestones with internal and external partners.
Identify engineering needs and pivot development as necessary to meet specific client requirements.
Establish trust-based partnerships to meet commercial targets and identify future growth opportunities.
Create project proposals, program plans, reports, and process documentation.

What we're looking for

B.S. in Electrical, Computer, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
4+ years of relevant industry experience.
Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
Experience designing, developing, or leading complex software development programs in support of advanced C2 capabilities.
Demonstrated experience managing software products through direct end user engagement over a prolonged, iterative development cycle.
Experience with the deployment and integration of sophisticated hardware and software systems.
Experience with building and leading cross-functional teams.
Prior systems engineering or software integration experience (preferred).
