What you'll do

  • Develop and implement integration, maintenance, and testing strategies for program objectives.
  • Coordinate all aspects of testing activities including personnel, equipment, facilities, and compliance.
  • Act as a Project Engineer for small UAS, missile systems, overseeing development and certification tests.
  • Communicate test plans, procedures, flight cards, and reports clearly in writing to stakeholders.
  • Lead the execution of test events by planning and coordinating with cross-departmental teams.
  • Support safety review boards and conduct technical test reviews for hardware and software testing.
  • Establish safe operational procedures and practices for all test activities.

What we're looking for

  • Extensive experience in flight test and DoD developmental efforts.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline with 8+ years of test engineering experience.
  • Expertise in MIL-STD standards, SRM or liquid propulsion systems testing.
  • Deep understanding of the National Airspace System and UAS operating rules.
  • Strong leadership skills with previous team management experience.
  • Familiarity with Linux/Unix OS and system engineering tools like Jira and Confluence.
  • Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance required.
