Senior Program Manager

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for defense accounts to manage day-to-day communications and operational requests.
• Translate client mission objectives into technical requirements and coordinate with internal engineering teams to deliver solutions.
• Navigate complex government procurement processes, contracting mechanisms, and funding cycles to ensure successful program execution.
• Drive product adoption by conducting technical demonstrations and briefings for military leadership and technical specialists.
• Manage the logistics for product demonstrations, training sessions, and field support visits at client sites.
• Track and document all client interactions, support tickets, and operational feedback within the CRM system.
• Monitor usage data of deployed products to identify potential issues and opportunities for system improvements.
• Prepare routine reports on account status, revenue targets, and program milestones for internal leadership.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in program/project management, sales, or business development within the defense, aerospace, or government contracting sector.
• Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain one.
• Experience with unmanned aerial systems (UAS), autonomous platforms, AI/ML applications, or Launched Effects technologies is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and closing contracts with U.S. government entities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in using CRM software such as Salesforce for documentation and reporting.
• Ability to travel frequently, up to 50% or more, to client sites and operational environments.
