What you'll do

Determine and develop approaches to achieve T&E goals under minimal supervision.
Manage and execute technical efforts of the Fury development test program.
Ensure comprehensive execution of flight test campaigns for multiple test articles.
Test hardware and software in various environments, focusing on resource planning.
Support test execution at government facilities with USG partners directly.
Facilitate technical interactions between disparate engineering teams during T&E.

What we're looking for

10+ years experience as test conductor/director for developmental aircraft systems.
Deep understanding of T&E engineering concepts, principles, and theory; broad application across program IPTs.
Experience with DCMA INST 8210, MIL-STD-516, 14 CFR, and service-related T&E documents.
Previous experience conducting development flight tests at military ranges.
Foundational expertise in National Airspace System, government restricted airspace, and UAS operating rules.
