Technical Program Manager 4

What you'll do

• Develop project plans and manage risks to drive technical product offerings through release.
• Own project accountability to ensure schedules, performance metrics, and deliveries meet business requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to define system requirements and deliver technology enhancements.
• Lead Continuous Improvement projects from initial inception to impactful results.
• Perform data collection and statistical analysis to inform program schedules and deliverables.
• Execute change management for programs to ensure sustainable, long-term success.
• Navigate and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience, Master’s with 6+ years, PhD with 3+ years, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in continuous improvement or technical program management.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams and demonstrating leadership and influence skills to deliver results.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills for audiences at all levels.
• Experience in or knowledge of Semiconductor fabrication, Semiconductor Equipment Operations, or related industries (preferred).
• Knowledge of Program Management methods and experience in Product Development & Release (PDR) procedures (preferred).
• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 (preferred).
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma methodology or certification, Change Management, Agile, Waterfall, or project management software (preferred).
