Technical Program Management Lead, CISO

What you'll do

• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of program managers and service engineers.
• Set the vision, roadmap, and success metrics for cloud security posture management (CSPM).
• Lead large-scale programs to onboard new tenants and integrate security signals into a prioritized view.
• Partner with engineering teams to turn security findings into action through scorecards and governance.
• Manage the operating rhythm, including OKRs, KPIs, and executive risk-acceptance processes.
• Communicate complex technical risks to senior leadership to influence company-wide decisions.
• Implement AI and automation to accelerate control authoring and posture insights.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development (or equivalent).
• At least 1 year of project or people management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• Ability to pass Microsoft and Microsoft Cloud background security screenings.
• Bachelor's Degree and 12+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development (preferred).
• At least 4 years of people management experience (preferred).
• At least 8 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects (preferred).
• Hands-on knowledge of public cloud infrastructure, security posture concepts, and experience running CSPM or exposure management programs (preferred).
