What we're looking for
12+ years of experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing programs such as data platforms, engineering, data science, enterprise analytics, and solution architecture.
12+ years of experience building and sustaining partnerships with government organizations and senior government executives.
12+ years of experience leading dispersed cross-functional teams in engineering, architecture, analytics, and AI/ML, including subcontractors.
10+ years of experience leading the design, development, and implementation of enterprise data platforms and analytics.
Experience leveraging client relationships, market knowledge, and government acquisition best practices to position Army accounts and manage program execution.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies, data quality standards, governance, and best practices for research and data science environments.
Bachelor's degree (preferred: CS, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field; Master's degree a plus).
