What you'll do

Govern execution against agreed program plans, milestones, and upgrade commitments for the Atlas 2.0 project.
Orchestrate delivery across internal teams and third-party contractors while maintaining cross-team visibility into dependencies and risks.
Compile and manage large datasets to ensure data integrity for upgrade eligibility analysis and senior leadership reporting.
Establish and lead program governance routines, including recurring forums, decision logs, and action tracking.
Identify and manage risks and issues by driving timely escalations with clear options and trade-offs.
Use AI-enabled analytics to identify trends, anomalies, and forecast changes across the application inventory.
Enforce quality controls and auditability for all program metrics and status reporting updates.
Produce executive-ready reports that translate technical status into measurable milestones and clear escalation paths.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in program or project management concepts.
5+ years of experience leading complex technology programs in large-scale organizations.
Demonstrated strength in delivery governance for multi-team initiatives, including milestone oversight and dependency transparency.
Experience compiling, integrating, and governing large program datasets to improve data integrity and leadership reporting.
Proficiency using Jira to track the program book of work and manage project tasks.
Proficiency using enterprise-approved generative AI and analytics tools to synthesize inputs and automate management tasks.
