What you'll do

  • Coordinate with external vendors to manage inventory, consumables, and capital equipment upgrades.
  • Resolve technical, operational, and organizational issues while ensuring high accuracy in documentation.
  • Manage a team of technicians by providing training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Act as the primary liaison between engineering, facilities, safety teams, and external vendors.
  • Enforce 6S standards and cleanroom discipline to ensure lab areas meet required specifications.
  • Track project spending and resource utilization to ensure programs meet predetermined timelines.
