What you'll do

  • Lead the planning and execution of expanded lab infrastructure including hardware, automation, and tooling.
  • Drive cross-functional triage and resolution of test failures, infrastructure issues, and bottlenecks.
  • Coordinate between hardware, software, network, and systems teams to align on lab priorities.
  • Decompose technical test requirements into specific software and hardware requirements for development and manufacturing.

What we're looking for

  • Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum for export control compliance.
  • At least 5 years of technical product or program management experience is required.
  • At least 7 years of experience working directly with engineering teams is required.
  • At least 3 years of software development experience is required.
  • At least 5 years of technical program management experience specifically working with software engineering teams is required.
  • Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes, and coordinating release schedules is required.
  • Preferred: 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
  • Preferred: At least 2 years of experience in hardware/software integration and testing.
